Eileen Ruger is from Redondo Beach, California. She currently serves as the program director for the Master of Intercultural Studies degree in the Donald Owens School of World Mission at Asia Pacific Nazarene Theological Seminary in the Philippines. Prior to this assignment, she was a professor at Southern Nazarene University teaching mission and theology from 2013-2019. Eileen also served as a Nazarene missionary in Asia from 2004-2013.
Eileen has a passion for educating women and men to take the Gospel throughout the world. She works with her denomination as the Asia Pacific regional missiologist, helping leaders strategize to take the gospel where the church is not yet.
Eileen received her Doctorate of Applied Intercultural Studies from the Assembly of God Seminary, her master's degree from Nazarene Theological Seminary, undergraduate from Southern Nazarene University and is an ordained elder.
