REFUGEE AND IMMIGRANT SUPPORT!
There are more people fleeing home than ever before.
As of 2019, 79.5 million individuals have fled violence, persecution, extreme poverty, and increasing climate crises in their home countries without any guarantee of ever returning. They are seeking safety, opportunity, and a chance to live with dignity. Those who flee often end up living in poverty, with insufficient food, clothing, and shelter. On top of physical needs, they are also coping with grief and trauma.
Around the world,
- 82.4 million people are forcibly displaced, a number that has risen exponentially in the last several years
- Half of those living as refugees are children, who often travel alone or in groups, making them especially vulnerable to human trafficking and other forms of violence
- On average, people will spend about 17 years living displaced.

HALF-MILLION MOBILIZATION: Prayer Journal 2025
Call to Prayer
Easter to Pentecost
He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.”
—Mark 16:15
This prayer journal is an invitation to join a movement. As part of the fourth annual Half-Million Mobilization call to prayer, you are invited to unite with Nazarenes across Canada and the United States in a powerful season of prayer. From Easter Sunday (April 20, 2025) through the week after Pentecost (June 8, 2025), we will seek the Lord together, praying for a cycle of resurgence and that all Nazarenes around the world may be Mobilized for Bringing People to Jesus in 2025.
Inside, you’ll find fifty-five daily scriptures, devotional reflections, and prayers designed to guide you in this mission. As you meditate on God’s Word and pray, may you be filled with the Spirit, empowered to share the gospel, and equipped to bring the hope of Christ to your community.
Let us journey together in prayer as we seek to be the hands and feet of Jesus, sharing his love and truth with the world. May the Lord bless your efforts as you join in his mission to bring people to Jesus!
We encourage you to join in! Read and pray daily following this Prayer Journal.
