HALF-MILLION MOBILIZATION: Prayer Journal 2023

Call to Prayer

Easter to Pentecost

We gather to pray. A Half-Million Nazarenes praying for a move of God in our churches, in our ministries, and in our lives.

We pray for:

Easter - Mission – that we will come together for the cause of Christ.

Vision – that we will turn and look toward a common destination.

Unity – that what divides us will fade and we draw close to God and one another.

Mobilization – that we will arise and "go"; that we will heed the call of the Spirit to serve.

Blessing our community – that we will engage missionally where people live and work.

Bringing people to Jesus – that we will share our stories and bring the hope within us to the broken.

Becoming Christlike disciples – that we will hold fast to Christ and walk with others in maturity.

Pentecost – that there will be a great outpouring of the Spirit in our churches.

Join in and encourage everyone in your church congregation to prayer and to read the devotional, From Mission to Vision to Mobilization Prayer Journal. This prayer journal will be available in print from The Foundry.  Contact Pastor Brent Smith to receive one of the printed journals for a suggested contribution of $2.00.  Additionally, the journal is now available digitally and can be downloaded as a pdf by selecting this LINK or you can use The Foundry mobile app.

If you want to purchase a packet of 10 hard copies or more from The Foundry, for $15.00 plus shipping for each 10 pack, please select the following image of the journal.  You can also follow along by selecting this LINK.

Take note, there will be an eight-week sermon series posted in March written by our leading pastors in the region. These sermons follow the outline of our prayer journal and the list of prayers above.  Select this LINK and then scroll down to view the sermon notes from some of our leading pastors in the region.  The first sermon notes are from Reverend Rick Harvey, pastor at Bethany First Church of the Nazarene in Bethany, Oklahoma on April 9, 2022.
